SINAPSI can offer in the field of electromechanical design, 2D drawing, 3D modelling, design and development, from simple components to complete electromechanical devices, a qualified and professional service supported by reverse engineering activities, FEM analysis and feasibility checks.


SINAPSI operates autonomously with its own SolidWorks licences; moreover, thanks to its own expertise, it can offer ‘on-site’ service also on PTC CREO platform.


SINAPSI, thanks to direct experience and synergies with qualified partners selected over the years, has explored various areas of design, especially in the field of electric motor, plastics moulded parts and electronics controls design. All these skills are suitable for our customers.

Reverse engineering –
scan to 3D

If needed, by means of dimensional measurements or 3D scans, we rebuild 3D drawings and identify manufacturing techniques for products with lost drawings, made without 3D drawings, or for other needs.

Examples: snow BOB, optical assembly for GAS sensor.

Complete Electromechanical Products

We develop complex products according to customer requirements, also by research and development, mechanical design and integration of electrical devices and electronic controls, technical testing, regulatory framework definition.

Examples: Aspirator for nails salons, milk calf feeder, heating bed control unit, control unit for marine applications, keypad for agricultural vehicles.

Finite element analysis for design support

To support design, we carry out finite element analyses for mechanical or aeraulic checks at our discretion or at the customer’s request.

Examples: Engine supports, air flow optimisation for an industrial drying device, keypad for off-road vehicle.

Carpentry – machinery

Development of complex machinery produced in carpentry using sheet metal or standardized steel profiles.

Examples: washing machine for hardening furnaces, with sedimentation pools; GAS co-generation genset.

We design, develop, design articles manufactured according to various production techniques, i.e. plastic: thermoplastic injection, thermohardening, blow moulding, rotational moulding, thermoforming machined from solid; metal: casting, die casting, MIM, machined from solid, bending, laser cutting.
